These lofts, located in the Historic District, was constructed in 1910 as the Southern Pacific Railroad Building, designed by noted Chicago architect Jarvis Hunt. Complete renovation of the building includes all new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems with preservation of as many historic features as possible.

Loft units have 11-18 foot ceilings, modern kitchens and baths, hardwood floors, and reserved parking. Exposed brick surfaces give each loft unique character with a variety of floor plans to choose from. Exclusive penthouse units are available for customization in the 8th and 9th floors.
